Step 1: Go to Gmail and log into your account.
Step 2: Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: A drop-down menu will appear. Click Settings.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Signature section and enter your signature text in the box.
Step 5: Click down to the bottom and click Save Changes.
